Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to help them grow in their roles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications DBA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with database performance tuning. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management. - Experience in implementing security measures for applications. - Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for databases. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications DBA. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
