Planning Engineer with 4-5 years of relevant experience

Vendor capacity planning: Load vendors according to customer requirement and manufacturing month and as per vendor’s capacity.

Production Scheduling: Ensures on time delivery of FOC material by coordinating with concerned stakeholders. Ensures on time availability of vendor’s scope material by coordinating with suppliers.

Progress Monitoring: Ensures readiness of products according to targeted readiness date. Tracks the progress according to production schedule.

Risk Identification: Identifies the risks in completion of orders and mitigates them by anticipating them in advance.

Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with various stakeholders including quality control, logistics, procurement, planning team in factory, dispatch & Order management for customer delivery management.

Reporting: Compile and present reports on order status, progress and performance.

Other Key Duties

  • Analyze and propose solutions for process improvements to enhance On time deliveries of the orders.
  • Order Change Management.
