Job Title: Delivery Boy

Key Responsibilities

• Material Delivery
• Safely deliver IT hardware products (e.g., computers, laptops, peripherals, network equipment) to customers as per the assigned schedule.
• Ensure proper handling of fragile/expensive IT equipment during transit.
• Collect signatures and necessary documents upon successful delivery.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
• Loading & Unloading
• Assist in loading materials from the warehouse into the delivery vehicle.
• Unload materials safely at the customer’s location.
• Ensure materials are correctly counted and match delivery challans.
• Warehouse Coordination
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking up items for delivery.
• Help in organizing and stacking materials in the warehouse.
• Assist in basic inventory support when required.
• Vehicle & Documentation Management
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
• Keep all delivery-related documents (challans, invoices, receipts, etc.) organized.
• Report any delays, issues, or discrepancies during delivery.
