Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients seeking gold loan products
• Assist clients in understanding the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria for gold loan offerings
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients financial needs and recommend appropriate gold loan solutions
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of gold loan applications, including document verification and collateral evaluation
