Trainer- Cum - Facilitator

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Facilitator - IT Trainer for a remote location to deliver high-quality training sessions following our program guidelines. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Session Preparation and Delivery:
   
• Prepare sessions according to the training guidelines and materials provided.
  
• Conduct classes as per the schedule and established methodology.
  
2. Student Engagement:
   
• Ensure student attendance and active participation in sessions.
  
• Provide counseling to students as needed to support their job placements.
  
3. Community Mobilization and Volunteer Activities:
   
• Motivate and empower students to enhance their skills.
  
• Share knowledge and assist staff with educational material creation.
  
• Organize fun learning activities such as dance, music, games, and painting.
  
• Assist students with other digital subjects based on their interests.
  
• Conduct interviews with students and create success stories.
  
• Meet with the community to provide motivation and conduct gender sensitization programs.
  
• Counsel parents and women, and conduct educational workshops for locals.
  
• Participate in outreach programs within the community.
  
• Conduct sports and cultural activities.
  
• Organize awareness programs focusing on literacy, watershed management, wasteland development, health, nutrition, hygiene, sanitation, and more.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of IT concepts and practical applications.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to engage and motivate students.
  
• Experience in community mobilization and volunteer activities is a plus.
