As a Junior Content Writer, you will work closely with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to create clear, thoughtful, and impactful B2B content. This role is ideal for someone who loves writing, is curious about technology, Salesforce, AI, and consulting, and wants to grow into a strategic content role.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation

• Write and edit content across multiple formats, including:
• Blog posts and articles
• Website and landing page copy
• Case studies and success stories
• One-pagers, brochures, and sales collateral
• Email campaigns and LinkedIn posts
• Internal documents and enablement material
• Support creation of sales and marketing assets such as pitch decks, GTM documents, service pages, and proposals.
  

Research & Structuring

• Research topics across:
• Salesforce ecosystem
• AI and emerging technologies
• B2B SaaS and consulting
• Industry verticals such as Hi-Tech and Financial Services
• Translate research into clear narratives and structured storylines.
• Understand different target audiences (Salesforce AEs, partners, CXOs, business leaders, admins) and tailor messaging accordingly.
• Create content outlines, messaging frameworks, and campaign-specific content structures.
  

Editing & Quality

• Ensure content is clear, concise, grammatically correct, and on-brand.
• Maintain consistency with mindZvue’s tone, voice, and messaging pillars.
• Collaborate with designers to align copy with visuals for:
• Social posts
• Presentations
• PDFs and downloadable assets
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to understand priorities and convert inputs into high-quality content.
• Actively incorporate feedback, iterate quickly, and continuously improve content quality.
• Manage multiple content pieces simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in:
• B2B
• Technology / SaaS
• Consulting or agency environments
• Strong command of written English, with the ability to write:
• Simple, clear, and engaging copy
• Structured, story-driven content
• Ability to logically structure information and articulate:
• Problem → Solution → Value
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn as a content channel (what works, what doesn’t).
• Comfortable working with:
• Google Docs & Slides
• MS Word & PowerPoint
• Common collaboration tools
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  

Good to Have (Bonus)

• Exposure to Salesforce, CRM, AI, or B2B SaaS content.
• Experience writing:
• Case studies
• Website copy
• Sales enablement content (one-pagers, battlecards, pitch decks)
• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals (keywords, on-page hygiene, meta descriptions).
• Experience collaborating with design teams or understanding how copy and design work together.
