Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of airport operations, providing excellent customer service to passengers, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas
• Handle baggage and cargo loading and unloading
• Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding procedures, and airport facilities
• Handle and resolve passenger complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Coordinate with other departments and airlines to ensure efficient flight operations
• Maintain accurate records of flight and passenger information
• Assist with special needs passengers, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage and stand for long periods of time
• Basic computer skills
• Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required
