Job Highlights

Here are the main job responsibilities:

• To work with respective Project Managers to plan, schedule and execute required civil construction work for projects.
• To work with civil design consultants to decide civil designs incorporating all local statutory and LANXESS corporate requirement.
• To plan and execute daily civil maintenance activities for plant and colony buildings.
• To work with contractors for zero incident safety performance, timely and within Budget completion of the Projects.
• Civil Project execution and support team for commissioning.
• Developing and implementing condition monitoring programs, walkways, building stability, structures, painting, drains, dykes, roads, equipment foundations and general civil requirements.
• MIS Preperation and Inventory Management
• Compliance to Lexcore Directives & follow procedures of ISO 9001, 14000, 18000 in related area.
• Implementation of HSE practices in all areas of responsibility.
  
  

• Specific Education - BE / B Tech Civil
• Work Experience - 8 to 10 Years
• Special Skills - Well conservent with civil maintenance, projects, rehabilation of old buildings, Acid resistant tile lining, chemical resistant coatings etc of chemical plants.
