Job Highlights

• Compliance & SafetyEnsure regulatory compliance, safe workplace, clean environment, and health and safety of all personnel in coordination with HSE.Implement ISO, RC, GMP standards successfully within the production plant.Ensure compliance with Lexcore Directives and local laws.Improve safety culture and enhance Xact monitoring.
• Production Delivery, Efficiency, ProductivityAchieve and exceed budgeted production volumes of Intermediate plants while maintaining high quality and cost-effectiveness.Handle critical processes involving hazardous chemicals; ensure process, occupational, and behavioural safety.Operate critical assets like glass line, graphite, exotic MoC, etc.Coordinate production and maintenance planning aligned with the sales plan.Optimise/maximise plant utilisation and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Develop strategies for future business growth.Drive continuous improvement in production processes — Housekeeping, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.Improve cost efficiency and yield for raw materials and utilities.Optimise manpower productivity through automation, mechanisation, etc.
• Behavioural / LeadershipTrain subordinates; build skills and capabilities (technical, operational, behavioural) for overall personnel development.Lead, promote, and develop personnel while managing succession planning.Develop strategies for future growth and evaluate production options in collaboration with external agencies/institutes.
  
  

Requirements

B.E./B. Tech - Chemical / Production from reputed institute with 15+ years of experience in chemical/speciality chemical industry
