Job Description
LifeBank Microfinance Foundation, Inc. (LBF) seeks an Organizational Performance Specialist to consolidate and validate performance data for the Ikabuhi Microfinance Program (IMP) within the zone.
The role includes providing PMS orientation for newly regularized or promoted staff and coordinating department and staff concerns related to PMS-IMP. The specialist will support management with accurate reports and drive performance analytics across the IMP.
