Job Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team at our Naga, Bicol. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register

Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactionsEnsure correct pricing and scanning of items

Maintain accurate cash drawer and balance at the end of each shift

Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store

Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service

Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Bachelor's graduate of any business-related courses

Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong numerical and cash handling skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Customer-oriented with a positive attitude

Basic computer skills

Willing to work on weekends and holidays
