Lead - Asset Management- Hospitality

Responsibilities

1. Asset Management & Operational Oversight

Monitor and optimize financial performance across hospitality assets.

Drive operational efficiency and ensure adherence to brand standards and guest satisfaction. Monitor hotel operations in coordination with operators.

Track and analyze KPIs such as occupancy, RevPAR, EBITDA, and guest satisfaction scores.

1. Strategic Alignment & Value Creation Support the Head

   Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and asset enhancement. Collaborate with operators and internal teams to implement value-creation initiatives.

2. Contracts, Procurement & Vendor Management

   Manage procurement of specialized equipment, materials, and services. Review, negotiate, and manage vendor and service contracts.

   Ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with operational and brand standards.

3. Design & Operational Coordination

   Coordinate with design teams on renovations, refurbishments, and new projects. Ensure operational feasibility and alignment with brand standards.

   Support operators in implementing operational improvements and compliance measures.

1. Reporting & Stakeholder Management

Prepare regular financial, operational, and performance reports for the Head Asset Management.

Qualifications

Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. Prior experience managing multiple properties or large-scale hospitality assets is highly desirable.
 

10 - 13Years Experience 

Hospitality Operations Management Expertise in hotel operations, guest experience, and brand standards.

Financial Acumen Ability to manage P&L, optimize revenues, control costs, and improve asset profitability.

Asset & Portfolio Management Experience managing multiple hospitality assets for operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.

Contract & Vendor Management Skilled in negotiating, managing, and monitoring contracts for services, equipment, and supplies.

Procurement & Sourcing Knowledge of procurement processes for specialized equipment and materials.

Project & Design Coordination Ability to oversee renovations, refurbishments, and design projects ensuring operational feasibility.

Data Analysis & Reporting Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking, reporting, and insights generation. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensures adherence to operational guidelines, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
