Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Work closely with trading team to optimize bunker sales operations 
• Manage day-to-day field operations to ensure smooth barge, pipeline, and tank truck movements.
• Coordinate with shipping agencies, port officials, surveyors, and other stakeholders for daily bunker supply execution.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and international bunkering guidelines.
• Prepare operational reports in Excel as required.
• Work collaboratively with internal team, including marketing, operation and finance 
• Review vendor bills and issue work orders as required.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Actively participate in current and future projects designed to improve processes and procedures, maintain an awareness of digital/market developments in the bunkering space
• Support as required for new or existing projects which may be outside of day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education Qualification     

•             Recent College Graduate with a bachelor’s degree or Diploma in – Maritime studies, Engineering, supply chain logistics or related field. 

Work Experience 

•             1-2 years
