What Are We Looking For

✅ Expertise in FSSAI regulations for the catering industry.

✅ Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) and ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System)/ISO 9001 (Quality Management System).

✅ Comprehensive understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards certifications.

✅ Prior experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations is a must.
