Xerago - Team Lead UI Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead UI Developer to lead our front-end development team in creating visually appealing, responsive, and user-centric applications.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in modern web technologies, UI/UX best practices, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

This role requires a hands-on leader who can design, code, mentor, and drive the development of high quality user interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional Roles & Responsibilities & Team Management :

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of UI developers to deliver high-quality front-end solutions.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of UI components and features.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment within the team.
  
  

• Architect, design, and develop responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications.
• Take ownership of UI architecture, design patterns, and reusable components.
• Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design assets into high-quality code.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless implementation of visual & Best Practices :
• Establish and enforce UI coding standards, code reviews, and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders for end-to-end delivery.
• Ensure compatibility across different browsers, platforms, and & Continuous Improvement :
• Stay updated with the latest front-end frameworks, tools, and UI/UX trends.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve user experience.
• Drive automation, CI/CD integration, and DevOps alignment in the front-end development Qualifications & Experience :
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7- 10 years of professional experience in front-end/UI development.
• 2- 3 years of experience in a team lead or senior Skills :
  
  

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise in modern UI frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience in state management (Redux, Context API, NgRx, Vuex, etc.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG/ARIA).
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs / GraphQL integration.
• Proficiency with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.), and Agile/Scrum to Have :
• Knowledge of UI performance optimization and security best practices.
• Exposure to TypeScript and Next.js/Nuxt.js.
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Skills :
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
