Workday Associate Consultant - Financial Accounting Or P2P Or OTC PSA

Key Activities

• Participate in consulting teams on client engagements (projects & AMS), internal projects, & practice building.
• Participate in client workshops, supporting senior team members, contributing to design decisions, accounting outcomes, defining functional solutions, troubleshooting and testing.
• Within 12 months, select a specialist workstream as a primary finance functional area, to concentrate on configuration experience & functional guidance to colleagues and clients.
• Objective to train & become certified in the chosen Workday functional area.
  
  

Mandatory Experience

• Accounting or Finance Bachelor’s undergraduate degree preferred.
• CA qualification is required.
• Awareness of financial transactions & basic accounting principles.
• Experience working as an article or on industrial placement within a Finance function of a commercial company.
  
  

Desired Experience

• Experience working in teams.
• Understanding or experience of an ERP / financial system as a user or part of an implementation team.
  
  

Necessary Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English language
• Effective presentation skills to present & discuss ideas
• Numeracy, proficiency in accounting
• MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possesses excellent oral & written communication skills
