What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Creation of application programs that reside on remote servers and are delivered to the user s device over the Internet. Ability to develop web based applications using modern web technologies such as: set up and use databases, server side application that can respond to HTTP requests, or client side application which offers users an experience in client side web browsers.

  • Any Degree/Diploma (10+2+3)/ Bachelors in Engineering/ Technology in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics (B.E./ B.Tech/ BCA/ BSc) HTML, Java, CSS
  • Min. 8-10 years of overall experience
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience leading team of developers
  • Agile project management
  • Exceptional leadership skills, Communications skills & Client Management skills
  • Strong customer service, team development, problem solving skills and adaptability to changing environments
  • CMS: Recent experience working with a CMS
  • OS: At least Basic Linux, Windows Server 2003/2008, XP, Vista, 7
  • Programming languages: HTML/HTML 5, CSS/CSS3, javascript, JSOO, Jquery and Jquery Mobile, Responsive design
  • Databases: My SQL
  • Tagging/Tracking: Google Analytics, Atlas, Webtrends
  • Other Tools: Microsoft Office Excel (advanced) for data analytics, Suvbersion
  • Flexible with shifts
  • Certifications – ITIL, SixSigma, PMP, Digital Marketing (Adobe) Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
  • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
  • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
  • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
  • Provides the technical point of view for incoming tasks
  • Creates or reviews tasks time estimations
  • Provides alternatives to deal with technical challenges
  • Supports the manager with workflow supervision and improvements
  • Supervise and promotes the best practices application
  • Provides significant documentation for team s common task or processes
  • Supervise interview for new team members
  • Provides guidance for induction process
  • Supervise and promotes team s knowledge transfer and team member s career path
  • Help Managers on the creation and follow up of technical action plans for the team
  • Support team members on meetings or negotiations that may require technical knowledge
  • Give or coordinate individual or group trainings on important technical matters
  • Analyze team metrics and suggest actions
  • Promote team knowledge transfer
  • Get involved in the whole development life cycle in all tiers: analysis, design, implementation, evaluation and progress monitoring
