What would you do? The Digital Sr. Analyst will be an integral part of the Web Operations Team, responsible for managing, optimizing, and improving the organization s digital assets. This role involves managing web operations, ensuring seamless website functionality, enhancing user experience, and contributing to the digital strategy. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the digital presence and drive web initiatives aligned with business goals.

• Manage day-to-day web operations, ensuring the website and digital platforms are functioning efficiently and meeting business requirements.. Execute digital campaigns and content updates,ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.ability to comprehend Client briefs and enhance experience with suggestions and recommendations.. Assist in the management of website content management systems (CMS), ensuring time . A bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in asupervisory role managing digital/web operations, preferably in a corporate or large-scale environment. At least 5 years of hands-on CMS experience Proven track record of managing and optimizing websites or digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience in working on Content Management System (CMS) platforms. . Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, design, etc.) to deliver web solutions.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AEM) or other digital marketing technologies will be considereda plus. A software system that provides website authoring, collaboration, and administration tools designed to allow users with little knowledge of web programming languages or markup languages to create and manage website content with relative ease.
