Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: At Star Human Resource Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and managing stock levels efficiently.
• Order Processing: Process incoming goods, inspect and document them, and prepare items for shipment to meet customer demands.
• Warehouse Organization: Ensure that the warehouse is well-organized, with proper storage systems in place for all products.
• Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on inventory to guarantee that all items meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Documentation: Accurately record inventory movements, including receipts and dispatches, and maintain up-to-date records.
• Safety Compliance: Follow and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
• Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve warehouse goals and support operational efficiency.
• Equipment Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to facilitate smooth operations.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies or shipment errors.
• Customer Service: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

• Educational Qualification: Open to all education levels; relevant experience in warehouse operations is advantageous.
• Experience: 0 - 6 months of experience in warehouse and logistics roles preferred.

• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
