Role Overview

The Vice President of Research Technology Management (RTM) will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entitlement processes, user enablement and experience for Research products, managing vendor relationships, and leading RTM-specific data reporting and analysis. This includes readership metrics, tool usage statistics, and product/process KPIs. The role requires close coordination with development and operational teams across geographies and alignment with the NYC-based RTM core team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Research entitlement workflows and systems
• Own vendor relationship management for Global Research distribution systems and services
• Oversee RTM-specific reporting and analytics, including readership, usage, and performance KPIs and other analytics covering Research users and Research usage
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and support
• Coordinate with the NYC RTM core team to align on strategy, execution, and reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements across RTM functions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience in financial services (minimum 8 years) in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Project Manager
• Strong understanding of entitlement systems, data analytics, and vendor management
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and project management tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process optimization
• Familiarity with research platforms and data tools is a plus
