VDI Management

• Deploy, configure, and manage VMware VDI environments (Connection Server, UAG, Composer/Instant Clones).
• lAccops HyWorks VDI and HySecure gateway for secure remote access.
• Create and manage desktop pools (persistent/non-persistent).
• Handle provisioning, recomposition, and image management.
• Manage VMware vCenter, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines.
• Monitor resource utilization (CPU, RAM, Storage) and optimize performance.
• Perform patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of VDI components.
  
  

• Configure and manage user access via Active Directory integration.
• Implement MFA and security policies in HySecure.
• Troubleshoot login issues, session disconnects, and profile-related problems.
  
  

• Diagnose and resolve VDI-related issues (latency, session drops, profile corruption).
• Monitor logs (vdi, HyWorks, vCenter) for proactive issue detection.
• Work on incident, problem, and change management processes.
  
  

• Ensure endpoint security and secure access using HySecure policies.
• Implement best practices for VDI hardening and data protection.
• Maintain audit logs and compliance standards.
  
  

• Strong experience with VMware VDI
• Hands-on with Accops HySecure & HyWorks.
• Good knowledge of VMware vCenter, ESXi.
• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, GPOs.
• Experience with VDI troubleshooting & performance tuning.
• Basic networking knowledge (VPN, firewall, load balancer concepts).
