Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Treasures Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the Treasures customer base and deepen relationships with existing clients
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and professional development
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination and delivery of services
• Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices within the Treasures segment
  
  

• Experience in a similar leadership role within the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team to achieve business objectives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs and operational challenges
• Proficient in using relevant banking and customer relationship management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different departments
