1. Primary objective is to oversee and manage a team of Regional  HR Lead responsible for staffing requirements, stakeholder management, and strategic HR planning within their respective regions. 
2. Monitoring the recruitment efforts of team members to ensure that current and future staffing needs are met at satisfactory levels. 
3. Leveraging data-driven decision-making.
 

Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Regional Lead HR who are responsible for staffing requirements, Business Partnering and stakeholder management within their designated vertical.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the Regional HR Lead team maintain optimal staffing Level.
2. Monitor the performance of the Regional HR Lead team in meeting recruitment targets and ensuring current and future manning levels are maintained at satisfactory levels.
3. Provide guidance and support to Regional Lead HR team members to address any challenges and optimize recruitment efforts. 
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for senior management and other key stakeholders within the organization for HR-related matters within the designated vertical.
5. Work closely with the Regional HR Lead team to identify challenges, and opportunities within their respective regions and develop strategies to address them.
6. Utilize data to inform decision-making processes and measure the effectiveness of team.
7. Monitor the progress of actionable items identified during one-on-one meetings and ensure timely resolution.
8. Monitor and maintain efficient turnaround times for releasing offers to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
9 Analyze attrition trends and identify root causes to implement preventive measures.

Qualifications

Qualification needed: MBA

Min Exp: 12 years

Max Exp: 15 years
