Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Copilot Agent Developer with expertise in the Microsoft AI ecosystem, Azure, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, deploying, debugging, and optimizing AI agents, with strong knowledge of Azure services, governance, monitoring, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Copilot/Agent365 solutions.
•    Deploy and manage AI agents on Azure.
•    Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Connectors, MCP, Azure Functions, and enterprise integrations.
•    Configure and manage Azure environments, solution deployment, packaging, security groups, and Power Platform components.
•    Implement Azure monitoring, governance, RBAC, telemetry, and observability.
•    Monitor agent performance, optimize key metrics, and improve solution reliability.
