We’re looking for a UX Lead who can elevate our design standards and craft intuitive, impactful user experiences across our product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX design initiatives across web, mobile, and automation platforms, ensuring a seamless and cohesive user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define user journeys and product flows.
• Translate business goals and technical requirements into effective design solutions that balance user needs with company objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems to communicate interaction patterns and visual hierarchy.
• Review and mentor junior designers, ensuring consistency and design excellence across projects.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and maintain usability standards post-launch.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the UX design process to drive innovation and improve efficiency.
  
  
  

Requirements

• 4–7 years of hands-on UX design experience, ideally in SaaS or tech-driven product environments.
• Proven experience designing for web-based platforms, automation tools, and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility principles, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end — from research and ideation to execution and delivery.
• A strong, well-structured portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, process thinking, and impactful design outcomes. (Profiles without portfolios will not be considered.)
