💼 Role: UI/UX or Product Designer

What Youll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process — research, wireframing, high-fidelity UI, prototypes.
• Use tools like Figma, FigJam, Midjourney, Galileo AI, Uizard, etc. for rapid prototyping and
  
  

• Break down complex workflows into intuitive, easy-to-use experiences.
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to ship quickly without sacrificing UX quality.
• Conduct quick user research and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system for consistency across products.
  
  

• 2–3 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience (SaaS preferred).
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, interactive prototypes).
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools for wireframes, mockups, and concept validation.
• Strong grasp of UX fundamentals — usability, interaction design, accessibility.
• A portfolio showcasing not just your designs, but your design thinking process.
• Comfort with fast iteration cycles and quick pivots.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Knowledge of design tools like FigJam, Miro, Adobe CC.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (for better collaboration with developers)
• Eye for detail
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing technology landscapes.
