Training Co Ordinator

Tasks:-

Tasks Shall Include But Not Be Limited To

• Assist in developing HSEQ policies and Training procedures.
• Support risk assessments and audits for ships.
• Help monitor compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Participate in incident investigations and reporting.
• Collaborate on safety and environmental campaigns for our fleet.
• Coordinate online and offline training programs for officers and rating.
• Monitor training matrix and ensure compliance.
• Help in recruitment process of all trainee ranks.
• Assist in generating monthly reports.
  
  

• A background in Nautical Science / Maritime Engineering or shore experience in a shipping company.
• Interest in maritime safety and compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  
  

• Hands-on experience in the maritime Training domain.
• Exposure to a global fleet and real-world HSEQ challenges.
