Job Purpose

Responsible for sourcing and disbursement of Commercial Vehicle Finance business for assigned locations. Focus on business development, client acquisition, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Source business from open market, dealers, and branches.

Identify Construction Equipment business through client and dealer visits.

Manage case cycle from login to disbursement per policies.

Develop relationships with branch teams to enhance sourcing.

Participate in joint loan melas regularly.

Visit OEMs and dealer counters frequently.

Handle disbursement and renewal documentation.

Provide end-to-end services for sourced customers.

Focus on cross-sell opportunities like CASA, Fastag, and Insurance.

Track and close deferrals and PDD.

Follow up with delinquent customers for EMI and interest payments.

Others

Adapt to control parameters based on business needs.

Perform tasks assigned by senior management.

Education

Graduate; Postgraduate preferred.
