Job Description

As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue by contacting potential customers via telephone to promote and sell our services. You will be responsible for presenting product/service information, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Contact potential leads and customers to introduce our products/services.

Present product/service information, pricing, and promotions effectively.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas regularly.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Requirements

Minimum 1-year experience in telesales or similar sales role.

Fluent in spoken English.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
