For over 9 years, we’ve partnered with corporates across India to deliver reliable, value-driven people solutions. We are now expanding our Business Development team and looking for a Telesales Executive who is dynamic, persuasive, and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our HR and compliance services.
• Understand client needs and present relevant services (Recruitment, PoSH, Training, HRO, RPO,Employee Wellness Programs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and conversion goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
