Technical Implementation Manager

About The Role

Technical Implementation Manager will support enterprise onboarding, implementation, and operational execution across strategic client accounts. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely implementation, smooth execution, and successful platform adoption. This role is suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, execution-focused, and interested in working across customer success, operations, and implementation workflows within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Onboarding Support

• Assist in onboarding and implementation activities for enterprise clients.
• Support rollout execution across commerce, omnichannel, logistics, and store operations workflows.
• Coordinate implementation timelines, task tracking, and project updates.
• Ensure implementation documentation and operational checklists are maintained accurately.
• Support post-go-live activities and operational stabilization.
  
  

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams including Product, Operations, Support, and Engineering.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders for implementation updates, issue resolution, and execution tracking.
• Participate in implementation reviews, project checkpoints, and governance discussions.
• Escalate implementation risks or blockers in a timely manner.
  
  

Operational Execution

• Track implementation progress, operational KPIs, and account-level updates.
• Support issue resolution and follow-up activities during implementation cycles.
• Ensure adherence to implementation processes, SOPs, and timelines.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational documentation.
  
  

Customer Experience & Adoption

• Support account adoption and ongoing customer success initiatives.
• Assist clients with implementation-related queries and operational workflows.
• Work with internal teams to improve customer onboarding and implementation experiences.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, Operations, Account Management, or Project Coordination roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, project tracking, and documentation tools.
• Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, retail tech, logistics, or enterprise platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with implementation workflows or operational processes is an advantage.
