About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Documentation Specialist to create, manage, standardize, and maintain high-quality technical documentation for enterprise IT infrastructure and technology environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical writing and documentation skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with technical teams, subject matter experts, developers, and business stakeholders to convert complex technical information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai – Client Site (SBI Bank)

Department: IT Infrastructure

Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Experience: Minimum 8 Years of relevant experience

Working Days: As per 24×7 operations

Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including manuals, technical guides, operational procedures, and reference documents.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure, technology platforms, products, services, and operational processes.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to established documentation standards, style guides, and templates.
• Standardize the formatting, structure, and presentation of technical documents.
• Regularly review, update, and revise existing documentation to reflect changes in technology, infrastructure, processes, and system enhancements.
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), developers, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to gather and validate technical information.
• Convert complex technical concepts and processes into clear and easy-to-understand documentation.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, current, and aligned with organizational and customer requirements.
• Maintain proper version control and documentation repositories.
• Ensure documentation is easily accessible and user-friendly for the intended audience.
• Organize and maintain technical documentation in a structured and searchable manner.
• Support documentation audits and ensure compliance with established documentation standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes, templates, and overall documentation quality.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience creating technical manuals, user guides, process documents, SOPs, and reference documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to understand and document complex technical concepts.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical teams and Subject Matter Experts.
• Experience with documentation standards, templates, formatting, and version control.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven, and enterprise IT environment.
• Strong organizational and content management skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualification

Any Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The Following Certifications Will Be An Added Advantage

• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
• Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC)
  
  

Experience working in enterprise IT infrastructure, BFSI, banking, or large-scale technology environments will be preferred.
