Tech Lead - DotNet Developer

Overview

We are looking for a Tech Lead – .NET Developer to drive the design, development, and evolution of modern digital platforms powering scalable, high-impact products. This role goes beyond hands-on development — you will shape architecture decisions, lead globally distributed engineering teams, and influence how technology translates into real business outcomes.

As a technical leader, you will own critical platform components, work closely with business and product stakeholders, and mentor engineers while building secure, performant, and cloud-native applications. If you enjoy solving complex engineering problems, modernizing systems using microservices and cloud technologies, and creating meaningful technical impact at scale, this role offers strong ownership and long-term growth.

You will collaborate with global teams and work in EST time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the design, development, and delivery of key subsystems within the digital platform ecosystem.
• Provide technical and people leadership across globally distributed engineering teams.
• Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions and executable delivery plans.
• Design and build secure, high-performance web applications and RESTful APIs using .NET technologies.
• Define and enhance solution architecture to improve scalability, reliability, and system performance.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native development practices across AWS/Azure environments.
• Establish engineering best practices including code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD implementation.
• Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performing Agile team culture.
• Contribute to architectural evolution toward microservices and event-driven systems.
  
  

Qualifications And Prerequisites

• 8+ years of experience building full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET, and REST APIs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading engineering teams and delivering large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with front-end technologies such as Angular or React along with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience working with SQL Server or other RDBMS and exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills with experience working in Agile environments.
