Job Description: Team Member - Collections Strategy | Commercial Vehicles

Grade: M4/M5

Experience: 3- 4 years of audit experience in retail and know- how of regulatory compliance.

• Purpose of Role Own end-to-end collection strategy for the CV CE group Delinquency control, and cost of collections.
  
  

• Design segmentation-based collection strategy: Allocation, Vendor management, controlling Credit cost.
• Build & deploy EWS models with Risk: DPD 30+ triggers, telematics/GPS inactivity, FASTag drop, fuel card usage dip.
• Optimize channel mix – field, tele-calling, digital nudges, legal, repossession – for best ROI per segment.
• Stress-test portfolio for external shocks: fuel price, export slowdown, construction cycles. Prepare contingency dial-up/dial-down plans.
• Set monthly/quarterly targets: GNPA, NPA, Roll-back %, Flow rates, Resolution %, Recovery %.
