• Monitor team performance and provide necessary support and guidance.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and challenges.
• Manage and handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Prepare and present reports on team performance and progress.
• Ensure compliance with Bajaj Allianz’s policies and procedures.
