Job Description

Maintaining submarine network as per respective network JSMD defined and high network availability with respect to equipment, Land cable and submarine cable.
Spares and Inventory maintenance of all LS transmission and power feeding equipment, land, power cables and associated jointing accessories. Routine Circuit testing and handing over to backhaul / ITMC. Upkeep and Maintenance of backhaul connectivity records network wise.
Processes implementation - Ensuring and follow up of implementing the existing processes and quality system , all the relevant records for audits and compliance.
Maintenance and upkeep of the entire landing station test equipment and their calibration.
Effective feedback and growth - Encouraging Self and Team members to maintain high motivation levels all the time, providing effective feedback for the growth and team development.
Initiating and ensuring completion of all the tasks in a stipulated time manner, Increase productivity and quality of service delivery for self and team members.
Co-coordinating with govt. departments for various permits and licenses pertaining to Submarine cable repair and BMH maintenance
