The Content Mafia is a creator-led media and marketing company focused on building

distribution and turning creators into scalable businesses. We work closely with creators like

Sharan Hegde, Aly Hajiani, Rohit Iyer, and Pushti Khatri, and partner with leading

finance and fintech brands to execute influencer marketing campaigns and branded content

collaborations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Manager who will be responsible for onboarding and managing

creators while helping generate brand collaborations and revenue for the creators they

manage. The role requires strong relationship management with both creators and brands.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new creators who align with The Content Mafia’s content ecosystem.
• Manage day to day communication with creators and support their growth and brand
  
  

• Work closely with the brand partnerships team to secure brand deals for managed
  
  

• Identify potential brand opportunities and actively contribute to generating revenue for the
  
  

• Coordinate campaign execution between brands, creators, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of brand campaign deliverables.
• Maintain strong relationships with creators and act as their primary point of contact.
• Support creators in building long term partnerships with brands.
  
  

• 0.5 to 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator
  
  

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
• Understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
• Highly organized with strong coordination skills.
