JOB LOCATION : ANDHERI EAST, CHAKALA

TALENT ACQUISITION - 10 NOS

Role & Responsibilities

• He/she will have to perform the following key activities: To support in execution of end-to-end recruitment for Talent Acquisition Team of HR for India.
• Recruitment Consultants, Vendors: Liaise to provide good HR services. To provide support in execution of various programs like: Recruitment.
• Coordination, Salary Negotiation, Sourcing Profiles, Job Postings on portals, Joining Formalities. Event coordination.
• Any other activities that are managed by the Business HR team from time to time. To contribute to a high-performance service culture within the team.
• To be a part of an efficient and effective team. Should begood in stakeholder management.
  
  

Skills Required

• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Data Management Skills. Managing aggressive timelines. Software skills. (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Assertive Skills. Good analytical skills & presentation skills is a must.
• Ownership. (Power BI and/or Power Automate Knowledge is key)
• Reports to Manager Talent Acquisition India.
• Good Stakeholder Management skills of various Business Functional Areas.
• Candidates should have experience in dealing with vendors, consultants, etc.
