WORKPLACE TYPE : Hybrid

We’re looking for a hands-on supply chain leader to drive performance and transformation across our India business. This role owns end-to-end supply chain operations—from demand planning and S&OP to logistics, warehousing, and trade compliance. You’ll play a critical role in scaling the business, improving service levels, and building a best-in-class supply chain that supports strong growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead End-to-End Supply Chain

• Own S&OP, demand planning, production planning, and inventory management
• Deliver high service levels while optimizing working capital and cost
  
  

Drive Supply Chain Transformation

• Lead system integration (SAP, Blue Yonder) across India operations
• Build a more mature S&OP process with longer-term planning and financial alignment
• Scale supply chain capabilities to support significant business growth
  
  

Improve Performance & Efficiency

• Improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias
• Optimize production planning, capacity utilization, and plan adherence
• Strengthen inventory health and reduce slow-moving or obsolete stock
• Drive high service levels (on-time, in-full delivery)
  
  

Logistics & Operations Excellence

• Manage warehouse operations across internal and 3PL networks
• Optimize transportation, routes, and carrier performance
• Drive cost productivity and reduce claims, damages, and inefficiencies
  
  

Trade & Compliance

• Oversee import/export operations across multiple countries
• Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and trade requirements
• Minimize delays, costs, and risks in cross-border logistics
  
  

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of 10
• Partner closely with Sales, Quality, Regulatory, and global supply chain teams
• Build a strong performance culture with clear accountability
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced supply chain leader
• Strong expertise in S&OP, demand planning, and inventory optimization
• Experience with systems like SAP and Blue Yonder (or similar planning tools)
• Strong data and analytical skills (advanced Excel required)
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or similar environments
• Proven people leader with experience building and scaling teams
• Ability to work across cultures and functions
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity
• Proven experience leading supply chain transformation and scaling operations
  
  

Desirable Skills

• Solid understanding of logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations
• Knowledge of import/export processes and trade compliance
• Experience managing exports across multiple countries and complex logistics networks
