Responsibilities


  • Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
  • Ensuring the team meets the productivity & quality
  • Conduct daily team huddles
  • Lead & develop individuals in the team through coaching and feedback
  • Ensure timely feedback is provided to the team
  • Required to create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to improve performance.
  • Monitor health of the business through regular scanning of open searches.
  • Conduct documented one-on-one sessions on individual performance trends.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Conduct relevant trainings for the team members to drive teams performance.
  • Support Operations Manager in day-to-day operations.


Job Requirement


  • Strong analytical skills with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Takes ownership of problems and anticipates issues by taking proactive action.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • People Management and Team Player
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office


Eligibility Criteria


  • Minimum 1 year of Team leading experience for Voice Process
  • Minimum tenure of 12 months with Accurate
  • No warning letters, disciplinary actions, or PIP (from Operations or HR) in the last 6 months
  • No instances of uninformed absenteeism in the past 3 months
  • Appraisal rating of 3 (Meets Expectations) or above in the 2024 yearly review
  • Employees who have resigned or are on notice period are not eligible to apply.
  • Candidacy for an IJP will be suspended if an employee is found to be under investigation on grounds of indiscipline or performance.
