Supervisor Copywriter

The Supervisor Copywriter will lead copy development across campaigns, digital platforms, and

brand communications. This role involves managing junior copywriters, ensuring quality and

consistency of brand voice, and delivering high-impact content that meets business and creative

goals.

Responsibilities

Copy & Content Leadership

• Develop and oversee copy for digital campaigns, social media, ads, websites, emails, and
  
  

• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and guidelines
• Edit, review, and refine copy produced by junior team members
  
  

• Guide and mentor junior copywriters and content creators
• Allocate tasks, review output, and provide clear feedback
• Support skill development and improve overall team output
  
  

• Work closely with designers, performance marketers, and account teams
• Understand briefs and translate them into effective copy concepts
• Participate in brainstorming and campaign ideation sessions
  
  

• Maintain high quality standards across all deliverables
• Ensure projects are completed on time and as per brief
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
  

• 4–6 years of experience in copywriting or content creation
• Prior experience leading or mentoring junior team members
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Good understanding of digital, social, and performance marketing content
• Ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands and platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
