About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Expert to lead and innovate in the development of advanced machine learning solutions, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing AI models, leveraging cutting-edge frameworks and infrastructure. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI applications, enhance existing models, and explore new AI-driven solutions to meet business objectives.

About you

4+ years in professional ML engineering, with at least 1+ years focused strictly on LLMs and generative AI tools.

Languages: Expert-level Python.
AI Frameworks: Deep experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
Agentic Frameworks: Proven hands-on production experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
Data Infrastructure: Proficiency with vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, or Chroma.
Deployment Tools: Experience with vLLM, Ollama, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
