Job Description

Develop and implement effective CAPEX sourcing strategies aligned with organisational goals
Identify and negotiate with suppliers to optimise cost, quality, and delivery terms
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure competitive advantage
Oversee procurement operations while ensuring compliance with company policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges
Manage contracts and build long-term relationships with key suppliers
Analyse procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure timely and efficient sourcing of materials to support production needs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategic CAPEX Sourcing Manager should have:

A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proven expertise in procurement and sourcing within the industry
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Knowledge of supplier management and contract negotiation
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in optimising procurement processes and achieving cost efficiencies
