Sr HR Business Partner

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Be the culture ambassador of TripJack - nurture the core values of TripJack in employees
• Partner with the leadership team to hire, develop and grow the TripJack team
• Build scalable people practices and creative engagement programs for all Employees
• Development of all employees based on 360-feedback, people manager training programs
• Ensure an amazing work experience to every employee from hire to exit
• Devise innovative ways to build and grow the TripJack employer brand
• Create and run performance management and R&R aligned to TripJack goals and values
  
  

• Experience and Autonomy: 6+ years experience in HR business partnership
• Problem Solving: Independently leading the creation & implementation of HR strategy (Gallup & GPTW Actionable’s, Performance Management, Manpower planning, Rewards & Recognition, Employee engagement)
• Creative Curiosity: Innovation around key HR programs (Engagement, Rewards, Performance) to meet business needs
• Prior experience of working in a fast paced work place or a startup
• Should be well read on latest HR trends and concepts
• Should have managed HRBP for at least a team of 100
• Lead GTPW certification of an organization
