Sr Data Scientist

Requirements 

• 4+ years of experience working as data scientist with the function of machine learning engineer.
• Up-to-date knowledge of machine learning and data analytics tools and techniques.
• Experience working with ML, deep learning models.
• Experience deploying ML/deep learning models on cloud platforms.
• Experience with docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, AWS.
• Strong foundation in data pipelining, streaming.
• Strong communication- and problem-solving skills and a strong team player.

Preferred candidate

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
• 5+ years of programming in python.
• 4+ years working experience with Azure products such as function apps, event hub, blob storage, AKS etc.
• Experience working with tensor flow, PyTorch and Keras.
• Experience with docker and Kubernetes.
• Worked on projects related to Data, ETL pipelines (Airflow etc.).
• Worked on deploying deep learning models at scale on cloud.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases.
• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms such as multi-class classifications, decision trees, XGBoost and deep learning.
• Experience in NLP/prompt engineering/GPT is a plus.
• Experience in fine-tuning LLM is a plus.

Skills

• Ability to write efficient codes following software engineering standards.
• Up-to-date knowledge of machine learning and data analytics tools and techniques.
• Analytical and critical treatment of data while applying probability and statistics to real-world situations.
• Strong knowledge in predictive modeling methodology.
• Experienced at leveraging both structured and unstructured data sources.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the job.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.

 Education Requirements

Bachelors degree in data science, applied mathematics, computer science or otherwise research-based field; Master’s degree preferred.
