Job Overview

We’re looking for a talented Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, youll design and maintain scalable, high-performance ETL pipelines, work with large-scale data processing frameworks, and manage massive datasets. Your work will directly impact the innovative solutions we provide to our clients in the AdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines on self-managed infrastructure to process large datasets.
• Manage and optimize data workflows to handle terabytes of data, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Use Apache Spark (preferred) and/or Apache Flink to build robust and resilient data processing solutions.
• Integrate, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure smooth data flow.
• Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to provide actionable insights.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines for operational excellence.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across all workflows.
  
  

• Participate in code reviews and maintain a high standard of code quality.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure reliable, production-ready software delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in developing ETL pipelines using Apache Spark (preferred) and/or Apache Flink.
• Experience with big data caching solutions like ScyllaDB, Aerospike.
• Strong understanding of data lake architectures and tools like Delta Lake.
• Proven ability to work with terabytes of data in distributed environments.
• Proficiency in Scala, Python, or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS S3, Azure Data Lake, Google BigQuery).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and Apache Airflow is a plus.
