The Role:

As an Information Security OT (Operational Technology) Engineer you will be part of the growing Global Information Security organization. This position will work closely with the extended Global Information Technology Infrastructure, Supply Chain organization, as well as Manufacturing teams across the globe. This exciting position requires experience and knowledge of both Operational Technology and Cyber Security Technology.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical liaison between the IT and Operations Technology (OT) organizational units to ensure production facilities, operations and systems are following security best practices
• Support cyber threat and security incident identification, detection, response and remediation activities impacting the manufacturing operations environment and escalating to management.
• Lead the effort to build cyber threat and security incident detection process impacting the manufacturing operations environment. Work with the Security Engineering team to orchestrate said detection use cases.
• Works with cross-organizational teams to address threat detection deficiencies.
• Work with SOC to operationalize OT security alerts and develop playbooks.
• Participates in investigations to determine the root cause of security incidents.
• Work with Supply Chain, manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with security policies, processes and standards.
• Configure, test, document and implement new or upgrades to security processes, controls or products as advised.
• Provide operational support, troubleshooting and maintenance of Security related processes, controls or products.
  
  

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in OT industry or cyber security
• Working knowledge of ICS cybersecurity policies and standards including NIST SP 800-82 & 213, IEC 62443, MITRE ATT&CK framework for ICS
• Understanding of attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and how they are leveraged by malicious actors
• Ability to apply knowledge of Cyber Security to OT/ICS/SCADA systems to implement new cyber defense/resiliency techniques.
• Knowledge or experience with endpoint security software
• Willingness to learn new technologies and be adaptive
  
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with OT/ICS security/visibility tools (Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, Armis etc)
• Experience with industry leading IDS/IPS, SIEM, SOAR platforms
• Awareness of and experience leveraging industry best practices for network and cloud security
