Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with expertise in ASP.NET to lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality web applications. This role requires strong technical proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering innovative solutions while mentoring and collaborating with the team. Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: o Develop robust, scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core and ASP.NET MVC for back-end systems. o Build responsive, interactive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js. o Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless communication between systems.
• Application Architecture: o Architect full-stack solutions that are secure, scalable, and maintainable. o Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across platforms. o Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and services as required.
• Collaboration & Leadership: o Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to define technical requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences. o Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best coding practices. o Act as a technical lead in project planning, design discussions, and decision-making.
• Performance & Security: o Implement secure coding practices to protect against vulnerabilities. o Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to complex technical problems. o Maintain code quality through continuous integration and automated testing.
• Project Management: o Manage project timelines, deliverables, and task prioritization. o Ensure alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. o Document technical designs, processes, and standards for team reference. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Technical Expertise: o Proficient in ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C# for back-end development. o Strong experience with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. o Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM tools like Entity Framework. o Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines. o Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and deploying full-stack applications.
• Front-End Skills: o Expertise in building responsive, cross-browser-compatible web interfaces. o Knowledge of CSS pre-processors (Sass, LESS) and UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Material UI).
• Back-End Skills: o Proficient in designing and implementing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices. o Experience with asynchronous programming and advanced features like WebSockets and SignalR.
• Education and Experience: o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. o 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with ASP.NET technologies. o Demonstrated success in delivering full-stack web applications.
• Soft Skills: o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. o A proactive and innovative mindset. Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application development.
• Knowledge of non-relational databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Microsoft certifications in .NET or related technologies.
