Your Role

As an Specialist at StayVista, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing pricing strategies, optimizing inventory across distribution channels, and maximizing property performance. The role involves analyzing market trends and business metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance occupancy, profitability, and the overall guest booking experience.

About You

• Develop and execute dynamic pricing and revenue strategies across property portfolios.
• Optimize rates, inventory, promotions, and distribution channels to maximize revenue.
• Forecast demand and monitor key KPIs such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and channel performance.
• Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitor pricing to identify revenue opportunities.
• Manage OTA performance, rate parity, inventory, and content quality.
• Prepare revenue reports and dashboards with actionable business insights.
• Oversee high-value property portfolios and recommend revenue enhancement strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Account Management, and Tech teams to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
