Senior Analyst/ Specialist - HR Operations

Role Purpose

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient and compliant HR operations across the employee lifecycle while ensuring exceptional employee experience, data accuracy, payroll governance, and process excellence. The role partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of HR processes. Key

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, HRIS administration, employee documentation, policy administration, employee queries, benefits, and offboarding.
• Manage monthly payroll operations, including payroll inputs, attendance reconciliation, statutory compliances, Full & Final settlements, reimbursements, bonuses, and payroll validation.
• Maintain employee data in HRMS, ensuring data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, background verification processes, audits, HR policies, and documentation standards.
• Manage employee benefits, including PF, insurance, meal cards, and other HR operational initiatives.
• Manage relationships with HR vendors, ensuring timely service delivery, contract renewals, purchase orders, and invoice processing.

• Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Shared Services.
